NEW: Clean (JNI) FENDER 59 BASSMAN

This is the classic slammed BASSMAN tone, ala Joe Bonamassa / Jeff Beck. Very Dark, Lo-Fi and loose sounding. This was the patch I used to record the into riff to "The Matter Circumvention" and works great with both single coil and humbuckers alike.

1: Clean: (JNI) FENDER TWIN REVERB

This is a very stripped back, and purposefully simple preset that I use to accentuate all of the natural nuances of each of my guitars, without any drastic EQ or effects. This extremely clean tone allows for all of the earthy 'timbre' qualities of my guitars to shine through. Deep, with an overall scooped texture with brilliant highs. This clean patch has been a staple for a lot of sessions and all of the clean electric guitar parts on my records. Sounds particularly great with low gain, single coil guitars, but compresses neatly with high out hum buckers.

2: Rhythm: (JNI) FRIEDMAN BE100

This is my go to mid-gain / high-gain rhythm sound, used on all of my records since 'The Matter Circumvention', and meticulously modelled off my Friedman BE100 head. In it's standard state, it is thoughtfully gated for the purposes of recording with single coil guitars, but feel free to switch of the front end gate, and wind back the amplifier model gain for beautiful, thick, rich and complex distortion. Multi Compression and some post EQ keeps the frequencies perfect for mix ready tracking by taming unnecessary high detail, and boomy low end artefacts.

3: Lead: (JNI) FRIEDMAN BE100 LEAD

This patch differs only very slightly from the (JNI) BE100 Rhythm Patch. The notable differences are a slight kick in the front end overdrive, and engagement of delay/reverb, and a tighter gate. I use this patch for all studio solos, but usually disengage the effects for post treatment. A dynamic, rich and unforgiving lead tone that really lets the guitars natural qualities shine though. Again, modelled off my original Friedman BE100 amplifier.

4: Bass: (JNI) AMPEG SVT VINTAGE

My go to studio bass tone, used on 'The Matter Circumvenion', 'The Usurper', and 'Denalavis'. Based on the classic 1970's warm and spongy AMPEG SVT tone, I've found it to be mix ready and work with a wide range of guitar combinations. The 1x15 cabinet sound is perfect for studio recording with a nice balance of deep low end, but present and tight mids. Kick in the drive for getting a little extra punch of melody or quicker runs.

3: Lead: (JNI) FRIEDMAN BE100

This is my go to high-gain rhythm sound, used on all of my records since 'The Matter Circumvention', and meticulously modelled off my Friedman BE100 head.
